The Military Museums Foundation is proud to announce our new seniors specific tour offerings. Specifically designed for seniors, our tours offer an engaging and comfortable way to explore history, service, and Canadian identity. These guided experiences highlight key exhibits, personal stories, and historic artifacts, bringing military heritage to life through thoughtful narration and interactive discussion.

Senior tours are paced for comfort, with opportunities to take breaks, ask questions, and share personal memories or reflections. Knowledgeable guides tailor each visit to the group’s interests, whether focusing on major conflicts, local military history, or the everyday lives of service members.

This tour runs for approximately 60 minutes, with 1 of our private seating areas booked for 30 minutes afterwards for discussion or snacks.

Pricing

Includes admission, guided tour (60 mins), private seating space (30 mins), and minimum one interpreter.

$14.00 per senior. A minimum of 10 seniors are needed for a tour.

Optional Coffee, Tea and Snacks: $6.50 per senior.

1 supporting adult is granted free entry per every 10 seniors, any additional supporting adults are $11.00 per person.

All programs booked through The Military Museums Foundation include admission. Once your program has concluded, your group is welcome to stay and explore the galleries until closing time. Please note that interpreter/interpreters and private seating area will only be accessible during the duration of your program.

To book a tour, please complete the booking request form by clicking the button below. Requests must be made at least seven days before the date you are interested in booking. Once this is completed, one of our Education Coordinators will contact you to finish booking your tour.

Please note as The Military Museums Foundation is a non-profit funded separately from The Military Museums, we are unable to grant veterans free entry to our tours at this time.
