The Military Museums Foundation will be hosting two tours dedicated to National Truth and Reconciliation Day, September 30th at 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
Our special tours aim to highlight the stories, struggles, and adventures of Indigenous peoples and the complex history with Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces.
Join us on this meaningful day, as we honour the past, acknowledge the present, and look forward to a more inclusive tomorrow.

Indigenous Relations and Canada Tour, 1:00pm:
This tour will be discussing Indigenous stories spanning from the 18th century, to Canada today. From the Royal Proclamation, Louis Riel to the story of Tommy Prince, the Korean War.
Women in War: Stories of Indigenous Veterans Tour, 3:00pm:
This tour will be discussing the history of Indigenous women in the Canadian Armed Forces. We will delve into the unique stories and struggles that these brave women faced.
Tickets purchased include General Admission in the Museums. Purchase of one ticket can be used for both tours.
